Middle Street Gallery

An artist-run cooperative gallery in the tiny town of Washington, Virginia.

Middle Street Gallery is a genuine artist-owned cooperative — the members who paint, sculpt and photograph the work on the walls also run the gallery itself, in the small Rappahannock County town of Washington, Virginia. It’s a quick, free browse, not a formal museum stop.

Open Friday through Sunday only. It’s about 35–40 minutes from Luray via Sperryville, an easy pairing with Copper Fox Distillery rather than a destination on its own.
