Brix & Columns Vineyards, eight minutes from Massanutten Village, is open every single day — unusual in a region where most wineries close two or three days a week. Kids are welcome to run the grounds (an adult must stay with them; it’s a working farm with real hazards), and the resident Great Dane, Wyatt, tends to greet visitors personally.
Leashed dogs are welcome, with water bowls and cleanup bags provided on the patio. It also books as a wedding venue, so a Saturday visit occasionally lands in the middle of a private event — worth a quick call if you’re set on a specific weekend.
